The Job sheet
- Remove all items and dispose of properly.
- Deep clean of property.
- Deodorise property.
- Sanitise and disinfect property.
The Technical Part
- Risk assessment and method statement delivered to team.
- All correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) equipment used.
- Split items into to bag systems.
- Clear bags for any items of value or personal letters.
- Black bin bags for all items that are to be disposed.
- Once all items have been removed, sanitise before cleaning.
- Deodorise property.
- Full deep clean.
- Return keys.
